Combination of brownie and cookie is beautiful. Both are soft...a brookie without contrasting soft and crisp, and the toffee is in a gooey/melted texture. The flavour of the toffee did feel a bit more chemical? for my friend. I liked it, reminded me of alpenliebe.

This was the last cookie I had in my order. While the brownie was good, I felt that the caramel was chewy even after heating it in the microwave, which made it a little awkward to eat. Regardless, it was good, though I’m not sure I’ll buy it again any time soon.
