Our cookies are happiest when heated! Just like ice cream shouldn’t be warm, cookies taste best when cozy and warm. Here’s how to give them that perfect hug of heat:

1. Air Fryer Magic: 300°F / 160°C for 5–7 minutes – crispy outside, soft inside.

2. Oven Love: Preheat to 175°C, pop the cookies in, and bake for 3 minutes.

3. Microwave Quickie: 5–7 seconds and voilà, soft and gooey happiness inside!

Each pack has one thick and chunky cookie, weighing 90-120 g, stuffed in the center with the flavour of your choice.

Cookie Cartel charges 18% GST tax for orders shipped. GST tax is automatically computed on product(s).

Our main Bakery is located in Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and we deliver pan-India through our website. In Mumbai, you can enjoy our cookies by ordering directly from our site or through Zomato and Swiggy.

You can log in using My Account. Simply enter the email ID you used while placing your order, and an OTP will be sent to your email ID inbox for secure access.

Once the shipping receipt is generated, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use these details to track your order directly with the delivery partner.

Orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. After shipment, an email with the tracking number will be sent. Please note we are closed on Sundays and major National Holidays. Our team needs to take a break sometimes 😀.

The address can be changed only within 3-4 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping receipt is generated the address cannot be changed.

All orders are shipped on an express basis and usually arrive within 2–7 business days anywhere in India. Once the shipping receipt has been generated, you’ll receive tracking details.

Mumbai orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day, while those placed after 2 PM arrive the next day.

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 599.

Cookie Cartel does not offer any types of refunds (unless items are damaged, missing, or incorrect). Once an item is purchased and received by the customer, they are solely responsible for the cookies/product that was purchased. Multiple orders from the same household will not be canceled.

Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of initiation.
