Ordered from Cookie Cartel recently and honestly, I’m so glad I did! 🍪🤎 From the first bite, you can tell how much effort goes into making these cookies. They were fresh, soft, gooey, and packed with flavour without being overly sweet. Every bite was genuinely delicious!

We tried a few different flavours and somehow each one was better than the last. The texture was absolutely perfect — crispy around the edges and soft in the centre, exactly how a good cookie should be. 😍

It’s rare to find cookies that actually live up to the hype, but Cookie Cartel definitely did. Everyone at home loved them, and we’re already looking forward to our next order. This is definitely going to become one of our regular go-to places for desserts!

Very disappointing and serious food safety issue with Cookie Cartel.
We specifically ordered eggless cookies from Cookie Cartel because they were meant for gifting and were being purchased for a Jain family.
However, we received cookies that appear to contain egg, despite the order being clearly placed for eggless products. Even more concerning, the packaging had green vegetarian stickers placed over red markings, which made the situation extremely misleading.
This is not just about receiving the wrong product. When it comes to food, dietary requirements and vegetarian/non vegetarian labelling cannot be taken casually. We trusted the brand and ended up in an extremely embarrassing situation because the cookies were meant to be gifted.
For a food brand, basic things like correct labelling, order accuracy and food safety should be non negotiable.

Hi , this is review regarding cookie tin , it was not delivered as promised, look wise the cookie tin differed a lot from the shown images , it was unevenly cooked , edges are undercooked . Not a worth purchasing also when tried reaching through what's app for the issue there was no reply.

I ordered to Hyderabad. Delivery was fast but taste is really bad , dough tastes very raw . After taste has some weird taste , I dont know if you guys use preservatives but its smells like it has lots in it. Worst cookie till date, made my friends also taste to know bcoz different people have different tastes, none liked it . Sorry for the harsh review , hope you guys improve after this .
